We are predominantly a Gas, Heating and Plumbing company offering an efficient and safe service, where all installations and repairs are caried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. DCPH Limited offers a service to Landlords, Letting Agents, Estate Agents and Tenants.

Under current legislation, each year a Gas Safety check on appliances installed to homes that are rented has to be carried out. Electrical checks have to be carried out every 5 years.

We carry out the checks and provide the necessary certification not only to ensure the safety of the appliances but you stay legal.

For Estate Agents we can provide drain down of central heating and water systems to ensure vacant properties do not suffer from burst pipes during cold spells.

For tenants the checks ensure that they are not putting themselves at risk when using appliances in their homes.
